TF Tab Folder
The TF Tab Folder is a simple machine module that is designed to be used at the exit of either the XL/R or the VL. The labeling machines apply one or two tabs to a piece and feed it into the TF where the piece is straightened against an adjustable fence and introduced to a folding block. The tabs are folded against the piece and rollers press and seal the tab to the piece.
The TF Tab Folder in line with a VL labeler and HDF feeder make a simple, productive in line tabbing system. Rolling this module up to an ink jet like the PMx creates a self mailer processing system.
